Your profile
Role Overview: As Chief of Staff, you will be the driving force behind our strategic initiatives, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to propel our business forward. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who is willing to take unconventional shortcuts to deliver exceptional impact. You will have extensive access to senior stakeholders and will work with some of the world’s top brands. Expect extensive travel to our offices in New York, Shanghai, London, and Berlin.
In detail you will:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to define and execute high-impact strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving significant value.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations across all departments, identifying and implementing innovative efficiencies to boost productivity and performance.
- Investor Relations: Work closely with our CFO and CEO on investor relations as well as on M&A.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a critical liaison between the executive team, blue-chip clients, and top-tier investors, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee key projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while pushing for innovative solutions.
- Entrepreneurial Approach: Adopt a fearless, entrepreneurial mindset, taking bold shortcuts and pushing boundaries to achieve rapid and effective results.
- High-Level Influence: Exercise significant influence with senior stakeholders and the CEO, contributing to major decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Global Travel: Expect extensive travel to our offices in New York, Shanghai, and London ensuring hands-on leadership and direct engagement with teams and clients worldwide.
