Your profile
In detail you will:

As a Customer Success Manager for the Customer Relations team, your main focus will be on ensuring the best experience and outcome for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Proactive client management of dedicated accounts.
  • Obtain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, regular communication, and ongoing risk mitigation.
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams during Scoping, Implementation, and Enhancing & Scaling phases to ensure customer perspective is central to our execution.
  • Customer use cases are delivered, and the overall customer journey is efficient and smooth.
  • Up/cross sell to existing customers, in line with new product releases.
  • Visit customers 2-4 times a year in their main offices.
  • Track health of assigned accounts and lead risk mitigation through reporting metrics and account-specific targets.
We would like to hear from you ifyou have: 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally native speaker of German
  • Ideally with studies in Business Management, Architecture
  • Passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers
  • Proactive way of thinking; organized and possessing strong time management skills.
  • Solution-focused and open-minded personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
