Your profile
As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Customer Relations team, your role will expand beyond delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a strategic partner for our clients, driving business development, fostering co-innovation, and ensuring the continued success and growth of our relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term partnerships with high-value customers, becoming a trusted advisor who guides clients toward realizing the full potential of our platform.
- Business Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, aligning their needs with our expanding product offerings and ensuring continued revenue growth.
- Co-Innovation with Clients: Collaborate with key stakeholders to explore innovative solutions and align our roadmap with the strategic goals of our clients, enhancing their competitive advantage in the real estate industry.
- Leadership in Customer Success: Provide thought leadership in best practices, customer success strategies, and the value proposition of our SaaS platform within the real estate sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers and our internal teams, ensuring customer insights are integrated into product development and that implementations deliver measurable outcomes.
- Client Health Monitoring: Establish and track key account performance metrics, leveraging data to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure customer success.
- On-site Client Visits: Lead regular in-person engagements with clients (2-4 times per year) to maintain and deepen relationships, understand their evolving needs, and provide high-touch service.
We would like to hear from you if you have: - Proven Business Acumen: Extensive experience in driving business outcomes, with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and expanding revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of SaaS products and the real estate industry, with a strong ability to align technological solutions to business objectives.
- Exceptional Communication & Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building senior-level relationships, influencing decision-makers, and negotiating complex deals.
- Data-Driven & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop long-term strategies for client growth and satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Forward-thinking, with the capacity to drive co-innovation initiatives with clients to develop new use cases and solutions that elevate customer value.
- Fluency in German (preferred): As many of our clients are based in DACH market, fluency in German is highly desirable to facilitate seamless communication.
- Educational Background: Ideally with a degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field within technology or real estate.
