Your profile
BuildingMinds is transforming the way real estate leaders manage ESG and decarbonization initiatives with data-driven insights and compliance solutions. As we expand our presence in the US, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager to help build our top-of-funnel pipeline and drive early-stage sales opportunities. 
 
In detail you will… 
  • Own outbound prospecting efforts—cold calling, emailing, leveraging creative strategies to generate high-quality meetings, and ownership of the US pipeline. 
  • Prospecting key accounts within the commercial real estate landscape; Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a strong top-of-funnel for the US market.
  • Represent BuildingMinds at 8-10 industry events per year, engaging with prospects and networking to build brand awareness.
  • Take potential clients out for lunches and coffee meetings, doing whatever it takes to build meaningful connections and drive new business.

  • A self-starter with a hunter mentality—you thrive in outbound sales and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Experienced in B2B sales, with a background in demand generation, business development, or early-stage account executive roles.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role, acting as both a BDR and an Account Executive.
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys networking and engaging with clients virtually & in-person.
  • Live in New York City Metropolitan Area
  • Excited about working in a fast-growing, mission-driven company making an impact in real estate ESG and sustainability.
